SAMRI3

SAMRI is a database with a web-based online data-entry system, which makes it possible to evaluated spine and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) MRIs for patients with axial spondyloarthritis.

The system covers several scoring modules  including the Spondylorthritis Research Consortium of Canada (SPARCC) spine and SIJ inflammation scores, SPARCC SIJ Structural Score (SSS) and the CanDen definitions for inflammation, fat, erosion and new bone formation, which are used for the Fat Spondylarthritis Spine Score (FASSS).
